The flat has a private garden, and is close to the bars and shops of Lordship Lane, and Dulwich Library and Dulwich Park are just around the corner. There is a bus stop a short walk from the property and busses take 5-10 minutes to East Dulwich, Denmark Hill and Peckham Rye stations, which have regular trains to London Bridge, London Blackfriars/City Thameslink and London Victoria. The rent is £630pcm, which includes bills (council tax, electricity, gas, water, broadband and cable TV). I am a 26 year old working professional. I’m pretty easy going and am looking for someone (ideally female but nice, clean guys are welcome too!) to help make my new place a home.
