It's very large, bright, less than a year old, fully furnished, massive balcony, storage, room for bicycles, modern and stylish. Available March 1 (Not earlier) for any length (min 2 months but longer preferrable). The bedroom is a double room with detached shared bathroom (shared with one clean professional female) with shower/bath-tub, desk, bedside table, large closet, and king bed.
SUPERB central location with easy access to Northern Line going both southwest and southeast to all areas. Two minute walk to overground rail (trains to Dalson, Hackney). This location is very centrally located in London and everything is a quick walk/tube/bike ride. Quick tripts to Victoria, Euston, Kings Cross, St. Pancras, and areas like Soho, covent garden, Westminster, Tate museums, saatchi museum, Shoreditch, etc etc. Immediately across the street from a LARGE Sainsburys, 2 minute walk to a choice of 3 different gyms, near banks, restaurants, lively Camden Market and Inverness Market, near shopping and bars but on a quiet street its own. 1 minute to the canal and walking/running paths, Argos, loads of stores, cinema, pubs, and concert venues.
You would share the flat with a male 28 year old graphic design student and 30 year old female intern at a firm. Quiet, courteous, educated, and professional. Very clean, responsible, and respectful and we please ask the same from prospective renters. :)
