Sadly our flatmate is leaving because she’s going back overseas, but now we have a large fully furnished double room, with storage, to let in a 3 bedroom flat in a safe 24 hour portered block on a garden square in Marylebone / Marble Arch.
The flat has a good sized kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave etc and breakfast counter. It also has a very large lounge area with dining table, freeview TV – which we’re planning to upgrade with Sky, sofas, coffee table and storage.
The flat is 5 minutes from Marble Arch Tube, 5 minutes from Bond St Tube and moments from the shops of Oxford Street and Marylebone High Street. The room is available right now and you would have to let me know for how long you are staying.
The rent will be £352 per month (£88 per week) including bills which are water, electricity and council tax.
We’re two indiviuals(male and female) who work in finance and a student and are looking for a sociable and relaxed male or female ( couples are allowed). The flat is generally kept tidy and we're looking for someone that can clean up after themselves.
