Large two bedroom and 2 bathroom (1 full and 1 half) apartment with a good
size kitchen and living room available for rent in an exclusive Mayfair
property. It is a nice period property right off Berkley square with easy
access to all transportation, shopping and conveniences at the same time
fairly quiet as it is located a few houses inside on the street.
The apartment is partly furnished (a couple of side tables, dressers in both
bedrooms and a as well as a bed in the smaller bedroom).
I need to relocate back to US and I am offering to include the remaining furniture: Italian
made large sectional brown leather couch, leather, king (uk, queen us) size
bed with leather and top quality stearns and fosters mattress, bookshelf and
possibly a glass computer desk and an executive chair and a side table.
Also, a telephone line as well as internet and sky is already setup and
working (it takes more than 1.5 month to get them installed) and will be included.
I paid an agent a month's rent to find this place and the rent I am currently paying is
significantly below market.
Instead of selling off the furniture separately, I would like to offer the place at the same rent if someone is willing to pay me 1/2 month's rent + 1800 pounds for the furniture and agent fees that I
had paid. The furniture alone is worth more than 5000 pounds if it were purchased new.
The lease will continue until July 7, 2010.
