As I am leaving I am looking for a new flatmate to replace me in my flatshare ASAP.
About the flat: the room available takes part of a friendly and girly flat including :
• 3 rooms
• 1 huge living-room with sofas
• 1 kitchen newly refurbished (big fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine…)
• 1 toilet
• 1 bathroom (bath-tub)
• Internet
About the room: the room has a single bed, a wardrobe and a dresser
About the flatmates: we are looking for a new flatmate, ideally a professional girl, clean and quiet to share the flat with 2 young professional girls from Japan and Hungary. More than flatmates, we are friends!
About the location: the flat is located in zone 2 and is very close to Surrey Quays Shopping Centre (Tesco and superdrugs), leisure centre (cinema, bowling, restaurant)
10 mn from Canada Water Station (Jubilee Line)
10mn from Greenwich
Monthly rent = £313 + bills (internet, gas, water & electricity==>we pay only what we use!)
A deposit is required to move in
