Your bedroom is a well sized double as you can see from the picture, furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and cabinet all of which are as new. The bedroom is light and airy and benefits from a large amount of privacy, being located by itself at the end of a the corridor around a corner on its own. You also have one of the two bathrooms near your bedroom - this will be almost exclusively yours, as the only other time it will be used will be at your discretion.Your bedroom also benefits from its own private BT telephone line connection, with broadband and cable TV. All in all, it is almost like a self contained flat within a flat!
The overall flat is large.There is a fully fitted modern kitchen with all conveniences including a very high quality cooker, washing machine, dishwasher etc. Your bathroom is modern with a power shower, wc and washbasin plus ample storage, There is also a utility room with a dryer.You would be sharing the apartment with me; A nurse and Michelle an Aussie and happens to be into fashion modeling.
We are looking for someone who is:
- clean, tidy and respectful of other people's space
- fun, friendly and easy going and up for an occasional drink, dinner, movie but also independent
- is fully comfortable with the rental price.
I am pretty flexible with viewings but you we have to book an appointment so it doesn't clash with my shifts
